Payments:
Payments are made per tournament to EOI Wrestling via Venmo, Paypal, cash or check.
Funding:
Endless Opportunities, Inc. operates solely on donations and fundraising efforts to subsidize costs of travel for families to ensure and create opportunities for wrestlers. Through fundraising efforts, each wrestling family will benefit from funds earned for their fundraising team. Earned funds will be divided evenly among fundraising team members and each wrestler can hold their fund amount until 4/31/25. At that time unused funds will be absorbed by EOI as we start our new summer season.
How do I use the Funds
Funds will be used for traveling expenses related by the wrestler for the next tournament he/she attends with an EOI team. Funds can also be used at the webstore through EOI. Simply fill out the travel expense form online with digital receipts (picture of hard receipt please have clear with date, amount, itemized please) attached in the tournament you are attending. After the tournament and we have received all traveling expense forms we will issue reimbursement for up to the amount on your official account.
Funds can be used to cover tournament registration, singlets, wrestler approved plane ticket, gasoline, and lodging and additional team gear available. Can I use the funds in the team webstore? Yes you can! This is a work in progress as updates are coming in the future! Simply add to your expense sheet and turn in. Can I use them at any tournament we do? Yes, your fundraising team isn’t your traveling team. Any team you’re on, you can use the funds. For further clarification on how funds are allocated, contact EOI Inc.
Types of Fundraisers
Event Fundraisers:
As EOI hosts events such as tournaments the 70% net income is divided among all EOI fundraising teams in that season. Winter season runs November 1- April 31st while the Summer season starts May 1st and runs through October 31.
Gardner’s Cheese and Sausage Online Fundraisers- November through December 20, 2024 return funds go to the fundraising team (ex: Kevlar). All fundraising teams will have to be enrolled before Dec 19, 2024 to participate in this season’s winter fundraiser. These teams are divided on commanalalites and randomness to have fun and help offset costs associated with EOI traveling teams. The total return made by the sale will be divided among all fundraising teams; equally all members will be notified of the amount which the treasurer will have official documentation.
Team fundraisers- A team organizer creates their own event or individual sets up an event and donates funds to EOI for distribution of funds.

Weight Classes:
Weight classes are determined on a tournament by tournament basis. However, wrestlers will be placed on the roster as close as possible to their designated dual-season weight class. If a wrestler is unable to make their dual weight, they may be moved to a different weight class or assigned to another EOI team if available. If these alternatives are not feasible, the wrestler will not be rostered for that event, and EOI reserves the right to fill the weight class as needed.
Teaching Financial Literacy and Empowering youth through ownership.
Our mission goes beyond the wrestling mat. By fostering a sense of community and teamwork through our dual teams, we aim to create a space where young girls can grow together over time. As they continue to compete and collaborate on the same teams, they build lasting relationships, learn to network, and develop essential leadership skills.
Our hope is that these young athletes will not only excel in wrestling but also emerge as the future leaders in American culture, business, IT, and other fields. The combination of athletic excellence, financial literacy, and business acumen gained through initiatives like selling products and participating in fundraising events equips them with the tools they need to thrive in any career path they choose.
Competing at the Highest Level
Our program is designed to challenge and elevate young athletes by providing them with opportunities to compete at the highest level. These girls will wrestle in nine national-level tournaments across the country, showcasing their talent at elite national duals. These competitions not only sharpen their wrestling skills but also expose them to different networks, helping them build connections that will serve them in both their athletic and professional futures.
Through these experiences, they gain resilience, discipline, and the ability to perform under pressure—qualities that are essential in both sports and future leadership roles in fields such as business and IT. Several studies and anecdotal evidence suggest that participation in organized sports, especially at a competitive level, can contribute to long-term success in life. Here’s why:
Skill Development
- Time Management: Traveling for sports requires balancing academics and athletics, which fosters discipline.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Athletes often take leadership roles and learn to collaborate within a team, skills that are transferable to the workplace.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Traveling for competitions builds resilience by pushing athletes to adapt to new environments and situations.
- Networking and Social Skills
- Student-athletes often interact with peers, coaches, and mentors from diverse backgrounds, building networks that can serve them later in life.
- Health Benefits
- Regular physical activity is linked to better mental and emotional health, which can positively affect academic performance and career success.
- College Admissions and Scholarships
- Traveling athletes, especially those competing in national tournaments, may have better chances at securing college scholarships, which contributes to educational and financial opportunities.
- Innovative Fundraising Initiatives
- To support our wrestling programs for both girls and boys, we organize a variety of community-based fundraisers.
Member benefits includes
- Team registration fee waived (Average $60-100 per wrestler/tournament)
- Coaching/Service fees-waived ($15-25).
- Customized Singlet ($45)
- Lodging- 2 bed standard queen 2 night stay in team hotel ($400 average).
- Financial Literacy and youth entrepreneurship meetings at the event.
Each wrestler can choose to attend 4 duals tournaments/season from the predetermined duals schedule
- 2 major duals tournaments may be available in addition that are invite only
During the season we hold different types of fundraisers in which teams of wrestlers work together to raise money to offset costs for the TEAM. Our goal is for each team to raise enough money to offset the summer season (May-October). Some of the team fundraisers include a gun raffle, meat and 50/50 raffles held in locations across the state, more details to come. Our online Cheese and Sausage Basket Fundraiser will be a great way to kick off the holiday season.
Teams are also incentivized by winning gear such as warm-ups, gear, group outings such as shopping sprees, paint-ball outdoors, or any other team-based activity chosen by the team and team organizer. Funds will be known to the team before they choose. Additionally, as we grow we intend to offer “scholarship pots.” These are custodial trusts we set up for your child when your child shows outstanding leadership on and off the mat in which we will make a donation to their trust. This aspect is a work in progress and will be adjusted as we go.
