Parental Agreement

1. Refund Policy

I understand that once payments are made, they are non-refundable unless the team refrains from attending the event.

2. Team Spot

I acknowledge that my child’s participation is based on availability and adherence to team rules. A confirmed spot on the team is not guaranteed until all payments and required documentation are submitted. Although, not common, changes to team placement may occur if more than one team is attending the event; however, parents and team organizer(s) must be in agreement to this change, otherwise the wrestler will not be moved.

3. Team Roster

Team rosters are built by the discretion of the team organizer(s) and may not be released until a majority of the team has been built.

4. Photography/Video Use

I grant Endless Opportunities Inc. Wrestling permission to use photographs and videos of my child for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertisements.

5. Waiver/Release Form

I release and hold harmless Endless Opportunities Inc., its staff, and volunteers from any and all liability for injuries or damages sustained by my child during participation in any club-related activities, practices, or events.

6. Code of Conduct

I agree to uphold the club’s Code of Conduct, ensuring that my child and myself behave in a manner that reflects positively on the (Girls with Grit/Potentially Dangerous) Wrestling Club. Misconduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from the team.

7. Medical Information

I agree to provide complete and accurate medical information regarding my child, including any relevant medical conditions or medications, and I authorize the club to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary.
